Great quality product. taste is reasonable. i used C4 few years ago and lately one if my gym buddy recommended to use again. But I prefer ABE preworkout due to higher beta alanin %. Results are good. energy levels are average for me compared to ABE. but overall good product.

C4 gives me fast energy and drive when I need to lift heavy. The buzz hits hard, workouts feel sharper, more explosive. Taste is decent. But too much or at the wrong time (late) makes me feel flat next morning. Works best used only on hard training days. Good choice if you need that extra push.
