Magnesium Malate, 240 Vegetarian Capsules (180 mg per Capsule)

I had been taking other popular magnesium malate brands, but they all contain sunflower oil. After watching the video of how sunflower seed oil is made, I'll never purchase anything containing it again. This magnesium seems pretty good. Magnesium malate has always helped regulate my energy level throughout the day. This brand is a little pricey but highly recommended by my homeopathic doctor.

I decided to add magnesium malate to my routine which also includes L-Threonate and Glycinate forms of Magnesium. So far I love it, no reactions and of course I very much trust Designs for Health Brand. It comes in a large bottle, but it is plastic so it light and easy to travel with. No taste or aftertaste!
