These lozenges melt pretty quickly under the tongue and have a nice, mild taste that isn't chalky. The 5000 mcg dose is perfect for a quick pick-me-up on days when I'm feeling physically drained or sluggish. Definitely notice a difference in my daily energy levels since adding it to my routine.
