I'm a big fan of this company and all the wide variety of interesting products they offer. quality product, good to keep in the pantry. just be aware it does ADD a bit of a coconut flavor to your cooking. I purchased it mainly to try making a Cambodian coconut water iced coffee. it was tasty, but I need more practice so I'll need to buy a couple more cans of this.
If you’re making some pies or cakes for the holidays, look no further for a great quality product from Edward & Sons. They make such wonderful coconut products and I really love this sweetened condensed milk. It’s a nice alternative to the store brands which use some questionable ingredients. It’s really good for Key Lime or Coconut Cream Pie. Get some of their toasted coconut flakes to put on top. Yum!
