I found this pasta to be tasty and easily digested. I really didn’t have any issue with it whatsoever. It cooks up just like regular pasta. I found some great recipes on the Internet and ended up making a Mediterranean dish with it.

The quality, ingredients and taste of this pasta is AMAZING. It’s so clean has that sour dough taste, I try to eat an anti inflammatory diet and these didn’t upset my tummy!! I got 3 servings in each box I think they’re beneficial for everyone! Holy grail now!!

I have a lot of problems with gluten. I have found that I can tolerate sourdough breads that actually use a real fermentation starter, so I was so glad to find this pasta. It has a great taste and cooks the same as other pasta. Ingredients are of great quality with no fillers. Not a bad price for a quality product. Size is good too.

If you are looking for a healthy alternative to traditional pasta, this is it. I previously tried whole wheat and chickpea varieties, but found their mushy textures disappointing. This product is a perfect match for regular pasta in both taste and texture, with the added benefit of being much easier to digest.

This pasta is great! It's excellent with spaghetti sauce but also makes a nice addition to homemade soups. This is our first experience with sour dough pasta and it will be hard to go back to regular pasta. We also appreciate the fact that it's organic.

I tasted this sourdough Fusilli first at my daughter's house and really like it. It tastes better than regular Fusilli and easy to make, healthier. I added chicken and mixed vegetables and it came out great. I also made it with dried vegetables and made like a soup, that was good too. I love pasta but the regular ones have so many carbs, this one has healthy carbs and easy to make.

Sick of all the "pea" based pasta's and this being Sourdough, it is easier to digest, although not gluten free. Adds an unexpected tang from the sourdough to your dish in an enjoyable way. Not for every sauce but it does not leave you feeling bloated. My kids even like it.

We tried this pasta for the first time, and we are pleasantly surprised that it was very tasty and delicious. We will be buying it again!

I didn’t really notice much difference between this sourdough pasta and regular white pasta. Wanted to love it but not impressed. It’s good quality but I’ll go back to organic whole wheat pasta.
