Dosing tip: if you take 100mg of caffeine, take 100mg of theanine with it. if you take 200mg of caffeine, take 200mg of theanine with it. And so on. That removes most side-effects of caffeine. . . Click YES if I was of any benefit for you.
Sometimes my mind goes into overdrive when all I need is to get a good night's sleep. Calms the thoughts and off to dreamland! I understand that especially anxious thoughts can be tamed day or night with this product. I haven't had the need for a daytime dose. Just my little nudge to sleep. Much nicer than over the counter sleep products. No hangover.
This is an excellent product when you are under stress! It doesn't make you feel drowsy and it takes the edge off. It also works as a sleep aid. It doesn't make you tired, but if you are already tired, it takes the edge of the help you sleep. And there are no side effects.
Was not sure about this herb until my doctor reccomended trying it with another plus my klonpin and within two weeks my anxiety was so much more managable. I have severe PTSD and was taking klonopin 4x a day, now i'm taking it twice with the L-Theanine. This product is wonderful and i'm deff. going to keep using it i love it.
I have found this product to be very effective in helping me think more clearly when I am in a high stress situation. On those days when " the sky is falling" I take one tablet and in a few minutes everything becomes organized in my mind. I have experienced this repeatedly and I can continue to work through whatever I am dealing with instead of needing to walk away until I calm down. I also take this at bedtime on days that have been very stressful. My family has been dealing with serious health issues over the past year and I have been a care giver. I do not experience any hangover feelings after using this product. I function at a higher level and more efficiently after taking 1 tablet.
It came packaged well. I love the benefits I get from taking this. It’s very calming and gives me energy. There’s no bad after taste which is a bonus. I’ve tried other brands but I can tell this one is quality. The size is not too big either.
Works great for bouts of dysautonomia and anxiety. I like that it's a tablet that I snap in half if I feel like I only need to take half.
