My digestion is smoother, and I feel more energized throughout the day. The formula seems to support a healthy gut microbiome, and I'm loving the results. I’ve been using this once a day for about a month now, I have much less gas and bloat, amongst using this and other things my gut motility has also improved (better digestion and less constipation). I committed to more movement and noticed my energy levels are up so very satisfied so far.

My doctor prescribed these great-quality capsules as part of a program to improve my microbiome, and I believe they are working well, especially with my bowel movements. As the capsules need to be kept refrigerated, I have written a note on the inside of my little medications bowl "Akermansia IN FRIDGE" - then I don't forget to take it (I'm old and sometimes forgetful 😂). I'm taking this to help populate my gut with akkermansia after learning that this strain of bacteria is associated with weight loss. It's too soon to tell if I will lose weight but I can definitely tell that my appetite has been curbed and for that reason, I'm rating it 5 stars

It's a lot what you get for the price. It helps me a lot with some long year issues with the gut and the brain. Since it's one of the main bacteria strains in our gut, that a long term medication with neuroleptics destroyed, it was essential to me to get them back in my microbiom. It's a whole lot of Akkermansia in this package for that price. Had a huge benefit also for blood sugar and hormonal balance.

I am gaining weight lately and my glucose level is getting higher. So, now I'm trying this new akkermansia guys to manage my weight and my gut health. Still I don't feel big differences, however I can wake up ealier and less tired than before. Will see how much it will contribute to my weight soon.

This is an excellent probiotic and prebiotic combination that helps with digestion and the gut biome. I like that when I take this, I feel more regular and less bloated. The capsules are easy to take with water and don't have any unusual taste. Codeage vitamins are high quality and this one is no different!

While I do not have IBS, I do have a touchy tummy. I need to regularly supplement with various strains of probiotics, not just the typical L. Acidolphilus that is common is so many brands. This one has really been beneficial to keep me working properly. My system works so much better and stays stable when I am taking this. And this is a better price than the other brand that I have found.
