The pills are really easy to swallow and I love that it’s just 4 pills once a day instead of a couple of pills multiple times a day… its much easier to remember. :) I definitely notice a good amount of extra energy with taking them.
I am actually a vegetarian because I can't stand the texture of any kind of meat but during my pregnancy I found I needed the extra boost of meat intake to support my energy levels. I found this and began to take this regularly and it helped immensely. Thankfully it does not have an aftertaste and the size of the bottle means it lasts me a long time (I don't take the full dosage it suggests). I feel a lot better taking it and will take it even when not pregnant since I benefit from it.

I like to use beef flavor every day because it's good for our health and hair as kid. It's very good high-quality.
Good quality but the taste was difficult for me to adjust to at the beginning, I noticed that my chin acne is more balanced since I started using this (not gone yet completely) and I have gotten fewer pimples (hormonal) since I started using this. I take half the recommended dosage on the bottle everyday.
As i never eat liver its the best way to get better bloode picture- no after taste- use it now for 1 monthes hope it will make a change
