My grandfather used to drink this in the 70’s and early 80’s. I tried it once back then and didn’t like it. But now that I’m in my early 60’s, I tried it once more and love it! Simply delicious and no caffeine! Excellent quality too.
I have so many great memories of drinking Postum as a kid. My mom always had it in the cabinet. I was delighted to find it again when I did an online search. I have acid reflux and can't drink black tea anymore. This is the best replacement I've found and it's so delicious!
It's been quite awhile since I saw Postum on the supermarket shelves but I've been thinking of it lately as my mind returns to better days gone by. Postum has been around for a long time. It was sold in stores, but some big company bought it and now you have to buy online. The container is much smaller than the original size and the taste isn't as flavorful as the past. It is natural and caffeine free, so that is why I buy it. Iherb also offered the best price.
I enjoy how mild the taste of this is. It’s pleasant on the pallet and makes a great coffee alternative for a hot beverage with or without sweetener.

Postum is my go-to drink first thing in the morning. It is a healthy caffeine-free drink. The Postum dissolves quickly in hot water. I like adding sugar and milk to my cup before drinking it.
