My Naturopath recommended I take DHEA for hormone balance. This brand works well for me, as it's only one small pill for the 10mg dose.
This is a high quality DHEA supplement and in the dose I need. I’d been taking 30 mg and when I had blood test, DHEA was much too high. Now I stick with 10 mg dose.
It’s weirdly grounding. I don’t feel “high” or super energized, but I do feel more balanced and capable. Like my body’s getting what it needs and I’m finally out of survival mode.

This supplement is no joke-it does exactly what it is supposed to. As a woman going the menopause, a lot of things change within your body which you can do nothing about. As for cognitive function, this truly works. It assists within its capacity and eases the stress/anxiety level of a menopausal woman . Definitely works.
