I liked this supplement a lot. The ingredient list is impressive; and I found that taking one pill, instead of two, was enough for me. If I take too much berberine, my blood sugar drops too much. The type of probiotic in this is supposed to be excellent for gut health. The taurine gives a slight energy boost. I think it is a bit expensive, so that’s the only reason I did not rate a 5 star product.

I can’t believe this actually works but it does! Helps curb my cravings and decrease the desire to overeat. I've been taking this for a month and was hoping it would help lessen the sugar craving or help me feel fuller sooner. I haven't noticed any difference so not sure how effective it is. Someone recommended this product because it worked well for them. I didn't have the same luck but do think it might just be menopause and not the quality of ingredients. They are a little bigger than the average capsule and they smell very strong. They didn't leave any after taste but I also didn't love taking them.
