I wouldn’t buy it again, but it’s not the worst. The pancakes are way too sweet and the texture is very bizarre to me. They don’t exactly come out as purple anyway, so I felt a little cheated 🙃
Bought to try and now I need to find this in a bigger size. Quality ingredients. Taste was great. Easy to use and recipe instruction and resealable package even though I did not need it since we finished the mix in one day.
not trader joes good, but not bad. the ube flavor doesn't come through much in my opinion.
they were not too sweet and i like the texture. easy to mix and cook. only drawback is that they're never quite as vibrant as the illustration makes it out to be, but i understand that it's a natural product and results may vary.
The size is generous, the taste is good, and the color is definitely the best part. However, it’s a bit sticky and chewy, which I didn’t like.
The pancakes have a mochi texture, which I love. I also love that it doesn't have a strong coconut flavour like most of the Birch Benders products.
love all their pancake mixes! first time buying the ube flavour and my whole family loves it as waffles. still, it is not as crispy as the one enriched with protein.
Good quick option for a gluten free pancake. It was one of those tastes that grew on me. If you like mochi ice cream you will like this. Sweet enough that you don’t have to add anymore sweetness.
These make a delicious, chewy gluten free pancake. They taste amazing, and are so easy to whip up with only one or two ingredients (I believe just water and oil). Great with whipped topping, chocolate, fruit, or syrup. Whether you like mochi texture or don’t, you will love these!! My only complaint is there isn’t more mix in the bag.
Okay, hands down best pancakes I've ever had. The consistency is soft and fluffy, maybe just a tad mushy but thats the way I like it and you can also choose how long to cook them (consistency can go from soft to more crispy). The pancakes are mildy sweet and the most comforting treat. Super easy to make, can be made for breakfast or even dessert. The Ube Mochi flavor is divine and it's so fun to eat purple pancakes :) very comfy packaging, too. enjoy!
