I just started taking this supplement a week or so ago. I’m glad that this has pre-probiotic with digestive enzymes. Things I used to take separately, now all in one capsule. The pack is of 30 capsules only. Wish it came in a larger quantity so I didn’t have to buy it every month. No adverse reaction on the stomach so far. I take it on empty stomach first thing in the morning. Highly recommend!

My doctor suggested I take a probiotic as I have IBS, and I came across this supplement. There is no taste and size is average/easy to take, and absorption seems to be good too! ForestLeaf uses quality ingredients, I take other products of theirs. I haven’t had any constipation since I started taking these.

I've never bought this brand before but I like the ingredients and I like the price. I bought this for a female relative. I think this one will be good for them because it seems high quality. I hope it will do good for their gut and digestion. I will update review if we see no benefits.

Gut felt a bit wired earlier, took this for two days, and felt better afterwards, will continue taking this as daily supplement for a while, as it seems to work.

Pretty decent , helps with gut health, good ingredients, scanned on Yuka got a very good score. Probiotics and enzymes for digestion. Funny box but overall good quality.
