Easy to swallow capsules and gentle on my stomach. The Vitamin C, flavonoids, and rose hip, antioxidant combination is increasing the absorption and makes the product more effective/potent. It has no taste and it's almost odorless (beyond some slight bovine + citron smell). I find it quite helpful during periods of moderate to heavy intensity training.
