A good elderberry extract. The capsules are a convenient size, easy to take, and have no unpleasant taste or odor. I bought it to support my immune system during cold and flu season. Taking it regularly makes me feel great. I like the convenient capsule form and the lack of unnecessary additives.

Good quality, standard capsule size, good dosage, the advantage is that it is pure elderberry. It turned out to be very effective for us, we use it for both adults and school-age children.
