the capsule is a reasonable size, suitable dosage to see benefit. no taste. great quality and ingredient, I would get again. I do not use very often so I'm still using the same bottle I've gotten a few years ago, and it is great for alertness in a non-hyper way.

I take this in the morning and experience a mild boost of focus and energy. Nothing life-changing, but it helps. I like that DMAE is also anti-inflammatory and anti-aging, and does not require long-term use before experiencing benefits. Long-term results TBD, but I'll continue to take it and see what happens.

Years ago I used NOW brand DMAE and had a good experience.. But the dose was higher I remembered. Source Naturals also work, the dose is slightly lesser so you either need to take an extra pill or just continue to take longer...
