This is the only methyl vitamin B12 that was gluten-free and didn't use xylitol. It dissolves a bit, but I end up chewing it mostly. The size and quality along with ingredients are overall great. It tastes fine. It doesn't upset my stomach. I would repurchase it.

I like the quality of this brand best as it dissolves slowly under the tongue and tastes good. The calming effect is not obvious but a little B12 daily does good for the nervous system. Potency depends on absorption by the body but the best way is to do it intravenously.
I got this, and i love the taste, it says to eat 3 a day, so I like to melt it in my mouth like candy. Never enjoyed eating vitamins. It doesn't taste like medicine. I hope it's doing the work though. Will get again once I'm done.

I am a nighttime refluxer with LPR this has helped me a lot to combat the condition, I have realized that a single tablet or even half is the sweet spot, 2 as instructed usually cause more issues, I think it's because of the stomach being too full and that creates opportunity for the LES to relax. So if you are a nighttime refluxer, take that into account, overall great product.
