This particular KSM-66­® Extract is the most researched one containing only the root part of the plant and it is studied for more than just anxiety and even testosterone raising for males with lower levels of the hormone. Planetary Herbals company uses high quality extract and in adequate doses that makes them, for me, the go to Brand for ashwagandha even though i tried KSM-66­® from another company which hadn't the same effect for stress so not every KSM out there should be the same or as advertised i suppose. Keep in mind that in studies extracts with higher percentage of withanolides have also better bio-availability so aim for at least 5% which is KSM-66­­® but also higher than 5% doesn't mean better efficacy. Choose a well studied patented extract instead.

The best sleep supplement I've ever tried. These supplements are super high quality with pure ingredients and give a non intrusive relaing effect. I take one with L Theanine and find I'm much more relaxxed after 30 mins.. Another benefit is the de-stressing effect. Love these and will be ordering more!
