I highly recommend this fiber. It has benefited my digestive system. I started with a small dosage. The size is medium to large, not really any unpleasant taste while swallowing. A quality ingredient supplement!

I have been taking it for 2 weeks and I haven't noticed any changes in regards to my stomach but I know that the actual result will be visible in a few weeks or months. I have been taking two grams a day and I'm planning to increase it to three or four so hopefully I will see the results sooner. I'm also glad that it reduces low-key inflammation.
