Glynac-ET, 60 Vegan Capsules

I am so glad iherb FINALLY got some Glynac-ET. This stuff works great and seems to be much easier on stomach as well. I have been taking NAC off and on for years and its one of the best supplements I've used. I find this to really help me. When I take this I find it easier to skip my "vices" I sometimes induldge in like the nightly drink that can easily turn into 4 or more drinks over the night. But when I take this in the AM I notice it is easier for me to skip having a drink or even if I do have a beer I notice I am not compelled to have another, and another. Then I researched it and supposedly NAC is good for addictions to habit forming drugs, theres lots of studies on it. Also this is great for liver health and lung health and many people find it helps with mental issues like OCD (and of course addictions). This is first time I've tried Glynac-ET and I like it MUCH better. Sometimes my normal NAC can mess up my tummy. The benefits have been explained, package is nice, size of capsule small and quality of ingredients are 100% legit.

But, I think I like taking them separately better. Nothing wrong with the product, quality and size are okay, I just wish the ingredient dosage was a bit more.

I read that someone reversed their gray hair taking this, beef organs and reishi mushroom. I’m very hopefully, been taking a few weeks. Easy to swallow.

I really like this product much more than NAC (of a couple of brands) that I have taken for years. I find my anxiety related symptoms allievated and my sleep is better. I take two capsules before bed. It smells kind of like vanilla. My only complaint is a couple of times there was a capsule's worth of loose powder in the bottle, so when you tip your capsules out the powder goes everywhere. But the product is really top quality.
