My question is, how many months should it be taken and is there a specific period for stopping? The taste is wonderful, very delicious. The cocoa powder fills just half of the container. You've made the container very large with small amounts inside. This is misleading. it didn't even last 10 days of use with once a day portion. I didn't notice any change in the joints, nails, or hair. taste is acceptable. the amount is not even enough for one month, I feel cheated. the quality somehow is good but i think is not as advertised on the label. the ad of the label, claims further benefits, but after use I've not noticed any of these benefits. the label for ingredients that are listed, if these are true, then it's good. if not, that's another story.
I usually take Wild-Caught Marine Collagen in my routine so tried this one. The taste is very good, but the powder fills just half of the container so I feel cheated!!

I bought this because the grass-fed one was out of stock. I blend it with protein and drink it. It dissolves well in cold water and the chocolate flavor is delicious.
So delicious!! Literally tastes like chocolate milk and I love that they use monk fruit rather than stevia. My fav sweet treat as a chocolate milk or fun to spice up my coffee with it! Doesn’t get too frothy but still yummy.
