Super GLA, 60 Softgels

I take many supplements with the expectation that I will reap their long term health benefits but with Solar Super GLA Borage Oil Capsules I feel the benefits within days. I have taken these capsules on and off during my life to restore balance to my hormones. I took them during my PMS years, then through peri-menopause and beyond. I feel calmer (and my mood is lifted) and they're great for my skin. Each capsule contains 1300mg of Borage seed oil (that's 300mg of GLA), that's even higher than Evening Primrose Oil. The capsules are reasonably large (see photo) but quite easy to swallow. 60 soft gels in one glass bottle. I like the Solgar brand and this product is worth spending the money on (in my opinion).
