Visibly strengthened my teeth and nails, so I can imagine it’s helping my bones as well. I mix one dropper squeeze (which is about a half dropper full) in water daily. It doesn’t say on bottle but always shake first. I’ve taken on an empty stomach and it’s never bothered me (I am sensitive).
I like the quality, the product dosage and the most important the it's sugar free and it has no unnecessary ingredients. Yes, it has not the best taste, however if we keep in mind that its sugar free product it's easy to accept that. I gave it to my daughter which is one year old, based on doctors recommendation. Overall a really great product, you don't find many sugar free calcium liquids nowadays.

Calcium deficiency can be sneaky, and getting enough calcium is sometimes impossible even with other supplements that are generally a combination of ingredients that don't address the issues. But this one DOES. No taste, small package, great benefits...excellent product.
This is a great supplement, I was lacking calcium in my Spectra Cell blood analysis- but after using this supplement my calcium levels are great. I use Eidon Sulphur and Silica too. Will keep using
The taste and smell are neutral so it's easy to take. It dosen't contain additives. I like that I can control the dosage.
I take these drops before meal. it helps with my digestion a lot
Just need a bit of it, the quality of this calcium is high good for bones and over all health, the benefits are better than other supplements suppliers.
Added this product to my supplement regimen. The price is reasonable. I think it's good so far. I take with the liquid ionic magnesium, and D3/K2.
I didn't use it properly, I saw a few posts on facebook about using a lip product with calcium in it for wrinkles on the top of the lip, so thought if I used liquid calcium it could do the same thing. I was wrong, it really stung my skin. Lesson learned :D
