It is my 1er time trying citrate magnesium in powder. No disolve easy is a mineral so hard to do it let resides, but i drunk it easy so try to mix well as you can in a half cup of water and drink it and then add more water in the glass that sure will still having some of powder of magnesium and drink it full glass of water. So you will be sure to drink all and hydrated good then. i didn't felt bad stomach then or a bad sensation. otherwise i have been like a kind calm day''relax sensation'' plus i love that comes with the spoon to add correctly the dosis .I will keep drinking everyday.I will update if I feel any changes or benefits.

My use for Magnesium Citrate is for constipation and it works just fine. I have been using one little scoop every morning for the last 3 months (sometimes I forget) and everything has been fine (no nausea, stomach pain or cramps). It's basically a white powder without any taste. I do appreciate the big size of a package as I do not have to reorder that often.

I like the fact that this is all natural magnesium citrate only, with no other inert ingredients. However, I've tried this powder in every liquid I can think of - water, juice, hot tea, etc... and it does not dissolve in anything. You can stir and stir, but it all settles to the bottom so that last gulp is all grit. Tasteless. But gritty.

I was advised to take Magnesium Citrate to support my certain genetic and detox pathways in my body. I find it is absorbed best when taken as an electrolytes mix with the Potassium Bicarbonate of same brand to help ease muscle cramps etc. good value size pack and tastes very mild

I have been taking this product for quite a few weeks now, and it definitely gives me more energy throughout the day when I take it. I can tell that it absorbs into my system a lot better than any of the pill forms I have taken in the past, I put it in my coffee in the morning so that it has time to dissolve a little more, it has zero taste, comma, and they have greatly improved the greediness.

Easy to use design, but difficult to blend in and taste strong even covered by the taste of green juice, lemon, ginger, etc. get use of it, should be fine.

Huge size! Totally worth the cost, much better than capsules. Easier to take too. Just add to any drink. A little difficult to dissolve, even in hot water. I found it works best when taken just before or during a meal. Not after. When taking after, it seems to give me stomach upset. I started slow, with just half a scoop.
