I have it for occasional use, and despite the instructions saying to take it with your biggest heaviest meal, I find it even helps post meal if I'm feeling a little bloated
I've been taking the supplement for a week and there's no effect yet. My intestines are nervous and my microbiome hasn't changed. Maybe the benefits will become apparent later.

I'm on my first container of these and they seem to help a little with bloating and constipation. I think they absorb well into the gut microbiome. The size of the capsule is easy to swallow and they are packaged in a plastic container. I hope they continue to benefit my digestion.
