I’ve been using this magnesium glycinate supplement for over a month, and it’s made a big difference in my sleep and stress levels. I fall asleep faster, wake up less during the night, and feel more refreshed in the morning.
This may not produce immediate sleep effect, as I have heard other say it helps them sleep. However, it does have a calming effect, however slight. The package and size are convenient. I did not see an alarming benefit in use, but I did notice it I helps. Especially when combined with NAC. It is known to help the muscles as well.
Wanted to try magnesium glycinate due to doctors recommendation. This powder tastes kind of bitter and sweet after you drink it. I will try it in capsule form next time.
I take this for sleep and it’s been great! It’s also easy to take since it a powder and you don’t need to swallow 4 capsules! Buying it again

have been taking this supplement for many years and believe it is one of the best.
I like this form better than the same product in capsules - the taste is surprisingly very ok, slightly lemon-y (contains citric acid). The lemon-y taste is nothing crazy, very subtle though. The only disadvantage is that it is a bit inconvenient for the times when you travel. I picked different form of magnesium from Solaray for this purpose.
