I have PCOS and my periods are usually all over the place. My last few cycles have been late by a few days, I also get symptoms a week before getting my period (tender breasts, moody, cramps, cravings, etc). When I bought this product my period was due in about 10-12 days. I took a it for about a week and got my period 3 days early! And on top of that I didn’t have my usually awful cramps and nausea. Been taking this for roughly around 2 weeks. Packaging and size is perfect to take anywhere. Doesn't have a taste which is good. Ingredients are minimal. Quality is good and can last a while. It's quite easy on the stomach and haven't had any bad effects from it.

I was specifically looking for myo and d chiro inositol in a 40:1 ratio and this one is exactly that. The powder has a very pleasant taste, slightly sweet. I think this inositol is of excellent quality because it works for me. I recommend it.

This is a great supplement for mood support and helping with blood sugar levels. The quality is great. The ingredients are what one needs. The size of container is small put you don't need a lot for good effect. Potency is great. It taste actually pretty good. The package is good.

I bought this one instead of ovasense. Its ok, without any taste and is east to drink. Package is small, and missing folate. Good quality and will see how it will benefit my pcos.

This powder tastes great and is a conventional way to take inositol. The only reason I stopped buying it, is because the amount in a serving size is too little for women dealing with hormone health issues. If that doesn’t bother you, I recommend buying two of these a month and drinking it twice a day.
