quality is great. the ingredients are very effective. and for the price its on point. i always prefer this brand. the dosage is also on point as needed and i felt the difference from the benefits. there is only light smell but no taste which is great. the quantity and pill size is on point

A great single ingredient fiber supplement. it's an insoluble fibre so aids with loose or informed bowels. helpful when your regular diet doesn't have enough insoluble fibre. there's no taste to the capsules

This is a fibre supplement I bought to increase a fibre intake for the benefit of my gut health. I never have enough fiber in my diet and the dietary fiber lowers the inflammation. The product comes in a typically branded big package, the capsules are easy to swallow and have no bad taste. I take a few in the morning and after lunch, but should probably take it before the meal for greater satiety. I rarely have constipation but this helps with that issue as well. I will repurchase.
