Ox Bile, 500 mg, 30 Capsules

I had my gallbladder removed 4 years ago and was not suggested to take any additional supplement to replace lost bile production. I am currently involved with the Pompa Program and it was recommended that I begin taking it to help with the elimination of toxins from my liver. It has caused flatulence but can only hope my body is able to release toxins better with the addition of this product.

This is my first time switching brands and trying Nutricost Ox Bile (500 mg, 120 caps), and honestly I’m impressed. Good. But i think i would need a lower potency. It’s too high and might upset your stomach.
