I’ve been taking GLP-1 Complete for a few weeks now, and I can clearly feel a difference. My hunger levels are lower throughout the day, especially in the morning and early afternoon. It gives a steady, calm energy instead of sugar cravings, and my digestion feels lighter. I pair it with a prebiotic fiber drink (Sunfiber) and eat only one main meal a day, and this supplement seems to make that routine effortless. I just received this product today, but I don't know if it can be taken on an empty stomach or a full stomach. Could you please tell me how to use it?

The GLP-1 Complete does it work, I do have the feeling that I am a little less hungry, but you only know the best results after using it for a few months.

I initially tried this to help with cravings, but I prefer taking berberine overall, especially to be more cost-effective. I do love Vital Nutrients though; it's a good brand.

I can't say I've lost weight, maybe, but I don't see it yet. The ingredients and dosage are good. I don't feel particularly hungry, and I feel full quickly.

i had high hopes of this product but it didnt help me much even with the gym and diet. I do have pcos so im not sure if that contributed
