These did now dissolve in my mouth the way I expected, it was almost like chewing a Berocca tablet without the fizz but it was very tasty like lemonade. I didn't hugely notice any effect from them however I certainly wasn't stressed or overly anxious while using them so maybe it was preventive? over all, a fun way to get my ashwagandha in.
