Best quality enzymes that you can buy. It really helped me with my digestion issues and made my stomach feel way lighter. It benefited the way that my scars heal - a few of those for the empty stomach and some of the scars that I’ve had for years started disappearing - and my inflammation lowered visibly. It doesn’t have any taste and the packaging lasts for a very long time! Highly recommend:)

I think it helps with digestion, but I thought it would be more spectacular. I haven’t noticed a big change, but overall I think it’s worth buying from time to time, especially before any trip, when you will be eating out a lot.

Help a lot before big meals but you shouldn’t rely only on it

As we get older we need extra enzymes to help digest our food, so I take 1 capsule of BIOptimizer Masszymes with every meal. .I trust this brand.

These enzymes are amazing. I really recommend them and I didn’t know this brand until I tried it and then I kind of saw it around and it actually is a very good brand.

Shipping to Thailand worked well. We love these enzymes. They smell very good compared to other enzymes. I am not sure if that's a good thing or if they are using something to change the smell.

So glad iHerb carries these enzymes. I wish they carried more of this brand’s items. Very broad spectrum of enzymes and really helps with digestion.

I am not sure if those are working well compared to other brands. I tried to take one before a heavier meal but didn't have a great effect.
