The vitamins were a gift for my wife, and they were very useful because they reduced the nighttime hot flashes and also the anxiety attacks she had due to pre-menopause. Mind you, they didn't disappear completely, but they are now less frequent, and that made her happy.
Since I started taking the Centrum Menopause support tablet. I have been sleeping much better at night, and I no longer wake up with hot flashes and sweating. This is my third bottle. Because of the relief benefit of taking this and the multivitamin, I will continue to take both tablets daily, and the size is small, with no difficulty swallowing. There is no lingering taste.
I believe in the quality of this brand. I am taking it on the first day and I don’t know the effect. I hope it helps. The packaging is good, the pill size is OK, easy to take, not capsule, and has no bad taste.
I thought both the bottle and tablets would be bigger, but the bottle is palm-sized and the tablets are just the right size. I haven't tried them yet, so can’t say anything but if they're good, I'd like to continue using them.
I use this citronella for candles. The fresh leaves are lemony and strong. I crush them and add to melted wax. The candles repel mosquitoes. My summer evenings are peaceful. The leaves come from my plant.
