Careful if you're small. Only take 1 capsule at least 4 hours prior to when you wish to be asleep. 2 at 10 PM made me groggy til 3 PM next day
I am 122 lbs, and taking 2 capsules was too much. Also, after taking at 10 PM, switched to 6 PM and by 10 or 11 was finally feeling sleepy. Everyone should take according to your own tolerance.
