This has helped my wife get better rest at night. Quality is great and this was exactly what we were looking for to help with sleeping naturally.
I couple this with magnesium capsules and tart cherry capsules. I take this before bedtime. Most nights, I get very drowsy while reading and fall asleep.
Works great, keeps me asleep, and compared to other sleep aids, this doesn't give me as odd of dreams. Only gripe is that when you open the bottle, it does smell pretty bad, which I've never experienced with other melatonin brands.

This product has wonderful Ingredients that work together To give you a calm restful sleep. Its important to take early enough so you can sleep 7 or 8 hours. Natural ingredients are the best so no dependency or harsh drugs. The benefits of a good sleep are priceless so though its a bit pricey, i like how it benifits me. Easy dosing and took about 3 night to see it work. No taste but does have valarian smell
