Pure Encapsulations is a great company. The older we get the fewer digestive enzymes we produce on our own so supplementing with them really helps. Seems my bowels work much better when I take these.

I was quite disappointed with this as after taking this, as my stomach felt worse than it did before. I was trying to remedy a bloated stomach and a feeling of being very full after eating meals. It may work for others, but personally, this did nothing for me. It gave me a more full feeling and the bloat seemed worse.
