This is one of the best and most trustworthy multivitamin brands in the market. Like Dr. Rhonda, I normally cycle between this and Thorne’s Basic Nutrients 2/day. The only downside is the prohibitive cost.

My holistic practitioner recommended me this brand as a daily supplement to ensure that I get all of my nutrients in since our food has less these days. I like that they have a lot of ingredients all in one pill so no need for lots of various pills. Coq10 is a great antioxidant that I don’t see many daily’s containing. I don’t know if I “feel” them but I’d recommend.

Small, easy to swallow, and easy on my stomach. I take along with Fish Oil and Magnesium Complex. I take Iron later in the day, so the Calcium doesn't prevent absorption. I think that for the quality it's a good price. Also, I got the auto-ship so I don't have to think about buying it again. Easy-peasy.
