I took it as directed, 10 minutes before eating the carbs, and the results were amazing! aI didn't feel the bloating or blood pressure raising at all. Since I have to take 2 capsules a day minimum, the bottle does not last a month, so I ordered more!

It's not bad but it's no magic pill. It needs to be paired with a controlled balanced diet, I don't think it works as effectively as other cards blockers.

These things work!!! I’m so happy I bought them! They are helping me lose the weight! You can’t pig out on pizza & expect miracles though. I am eating healthier foods & only use these when I will have a high carb meal.
