I really wanted to like this, but the taste is just unbearable, My kids and I couldn't handle it. Very artificial and sour in a bad way. I couldn’t get past a few tablets, so I can’t speak to the benefits. Maybe encapsulated versions would be better if taste-sensitive like me.
