surprisingly tasty! and the nutrition is awesome. it is a little pricey for one serving though and doesn’t really reheat well as leftovers so i wouldn’t recommend splitting it into two servings to save half for later. but you could technically add more stuff like veggies/protein to make it a more filling meal for two people, as long as you both eat it the same day!

I’ve tried other low-carb noodles and these are my favorite. They take the flavor of whatever sauce you pair them with and they’re edible right out of the bag. I like that the ingredients are clean. My only complaint is I wish they were a little thicker, otherwise delicious.

This protein pasta was a new product for me, and I am pleased. As a longtime pasta lover, I have had to find alternatives, for gluten does not like me. For those sauces and soups and stews, these egg white noodles are easy, healthy, and pick up the flavor of what they are in. Enjoying these products a lot!

The quality of this pasta is awesome and the main ingredient is egg whites and I LOVE them as a low carb pasta alternative. They taste good with Italian sauces, can be used in soups or mixed with butter and Parmesan cheese!! The serving size is one bag or package.

Great quality composition of ingredients, only two ingredients - egg whites and algae for consistency. It tastes like an egg and is a great addition to a healthy diet if you want some variety. It suits keto, paleo, and other health diets. Easy to use, the package is small size and the price is quite high, but if you want to eat healthy and have something different than usual, that's a good option.

Love these. The only issue is the portion is perhaps on the smaller side, but I guess amazing if you're watching your weight [I am not really, more health reasons trying to avoid gluten] Great taste. Super easy to use, already ready out the pack. But often sold out, so if you see it in stock + its a sale, stock up!

These miracle noodles are low calorie but they are not so tasty and I don't know if they are healthy if taken too often. Since this had egg white at least I know there's some good. But it is quite expensie for a small package.

I just used this to replace regular noodles in a stir fry and it is the best keto substitute I've tried so far. It doesn't have a taste and is softer than regular noodles but did the job. The only issue is that it's expensive for a small package. Will still reorder.

I really enjoyed this product. With the addition of certain spieces and these noodles transform into amazing side for any dish. Relatively small size, hence deducted one star. Good quality though.
