I have kinky coily hair so this product doesn't actually do anything unless I spray my hair with water first and then brush it. But it's not just this product - any type of wax stick does nothing at all unless I wet my hair first and then brush it down with a boar bristle brush. So I can't claim that it's something that I can just use on the go. I also have to use a lot of it in order to get it to work well so I can't claim that it's not sticky because for me, it's a bit sticky but not as sticky as a different wax stick that I have used in the past so I like that about this product. If I spray my hair with some water, apply this product, and then brush it, I get a nice smooth finish without using gel. It has no weird scent as well which is nice.
