I bought this big package of grassy antioxidants to supplement my diet with a few vegs. The capsules containing healthy ingredients that are better for me than mixing green grassy powders I previously tried. The capsules have a mild, healthy smell, they don't taste bad. They contain some nice powdered green vegetables, nice gut bacteria and enzymes for easier digestion, and I think it will take some time for me to see some improvement on my health.

I really appreciate these super greens tablets. They include a variety of organic green superfoods that are difficult to all consume in natural form. I take two tablets per meal twice a day for added nutrition.

I am very carnivorous by nature and don't eat much fruit/veg. I just never feel like eating vegetables and always have to force myself, which I do, but it's not nearly as much as I should be getting. But look at the amazing ingredients in these capsules! Of course I want all this to fuel my body and keep me healthy! I take 2 caps with breakfast and 2 with lunch and am feeling great. Will absolutely repurchase.
