Rescue® Pastilles, Stress Relief, Mixed Berry, 35 Pastilles

Love this supplement in all flavor, but mostly for its effect. I don't know how they do it but it does help to ease up some stress.

Great natural stress relief These Bach Rescue Pastilles are amazing! The mixed berry flavor is delicious, and they really help me feel calm and relaxed during stressful moments. I love that they’re alcohol-free, easy to carry in a small tin, and perfect for daily use. A wonderful natural option for stress and anxiety relief.

May be a placebo effect (I hope not), but it does tend to calm me down a bit. It does not make me sleepy, but just takes the edge off. It’s a great option of homeopathy medicine for people who aren’t smokers or alcohol drinkers. I use it daily, but limit to 1 lozenge
