Arrived quickly. Vegetable capsule is important to me. It did not affect my digestion but I did notice some constipation. I was looking for some improvement in my oxilate intolerance but did not find it. I have moved on to a more complete probiotic designed for Histamine intolerant people that seems to agree .

Probiotics are always a bit of a risk I found out. Many have given me adverse effects. But this one together with two other strains sold by this brand are well tolerated. I take them in the morning on empty stomach and they seem to help.
