Seems like a good source of cod liver oil. Cod liver oil and omega 3's have good research obviously for skin, joints, inflammation, teeth, brain, heart and much more. Good to change it up from regular fish oils just to get a variety. Softgels weren't exactly small, but not too big either.

Clean ingredients, no fishy smell or taste. The capsule are really big and hard to swallow though. And the dose of EPA and DHA is quite low for the recommended dose compared to liquid forms of fish oil. Still, for a fish oil in capsule form, it has really clean ingredients and good price for the quantity.
