I love this stuff. I take it every night and this is my second bottle. It doesn't make you groggy like melatonin - in fact it doesn't have any of that in it. The only caution I have to give is that it does contain Vitamin B6 - which is great for recalling dreams, but I was taking other supplements with b6 in it and ended up with "pimple" like sores inside my lip. I stopped taking other supplements and replaced this one with another relaxing supplement for a bit. Great ingredients. Wish they'd come in a larger size.
