There are good, quality ingredients in this sleep supplement. Dosage is easy to follow, taste is neutral, capsule size not daunting. So far I am seeing good benefits from using it so I will continue. I like to sleep. Having a regular sleep pattern makes the day go better.

this product has good amount of melatonin to help me sleep. works quite well for me
the smell is not great, but it works for me. I take 1 tablet and another formula without melatonin, for extreme sleeplessness, i take 2 tablets. I dont feel any side effects so far for 1 month.
