Originally I was taking the green juice powders - but the quality changed. Hawaian Spirulina is the best sort to buy, this is excellent quality with no added fillers etc
I've been taking Earthrise Spirulina from way back for many years ever since it was sold in bottles. I feel the benefits in my health and energy from taking this spirulina, and it also helps me to keep my weight down, as I see the difference if I don't take it. It's good for detoxing, and it is considered a superfood for it's good effects on your health. I've tried other brands at times, but have always gone back to thi brand as it seems to work the best for me. The only "painful note" is that the price has become extremely expensive!
I purchased a random spirulina supplement withiut research and realized source is very important. Researched a few brands and settled on this one. Ive been blending in my smoothies because taking 6 tablets is not something i find fun. Theyre also just a little larger than i would like so easier to just crush.
I chose this because spirulina is a basic algae food in the sea that supports many living organisms, so we can benefit from it too. The quality is high, and it provides a wide range of nutrients in one simple superfood. Regular use supports immunity and feels helpful for gentle detox and overall health.
great quality product! very nice quality package for the supplement also Iherb delivers very well. taste is very nice too!. the company is very known...so no concern about product! i think it is good supplement for the diet and good for improvement and composition. the ingredient list is legible and informative
Growing up my mom always got this for us, and then i stopped in my teens. But as an adult im back on it and I do feel the difference in my gut health, esp when I don't eat enough vegetables/fruits for the day!
This helps with my digestion. The tablets can sometimes be uncomfortable to swallow because of the shape. You can get the same product in powder form, but I wish they offered capsules.

This superfood taste kind of fishy but I like the benefits of this algae . One of the effects is gives you more energy. The quality is good according to my CD . The size is generous. This package can last a long time . This in one of the ingredients that I take at least twice a year.
