Hello everyone! I took one capsule every day, but after two months, I still didn’t feel any effect. That’s it for me.

I do think the mental fog shifted and I got more mental clarity since taking this supplement. Great for the neuro repair, especially after cases like CO poisoning.

I was very iffy about this product since it’s not a brand I’ve yet to try. Also not many brands offer dual extract with this concentration on iHerb. That said - I took a whole capsule for the first time, while not noticing any memory / cognitive improvements instantly, I slept soundly for 8 hours for the first time in a long time. Had very vivid dreams as well. I would continue testing it out.
