Bought the Metagenics pain relief product recently and absolutely loved it! It’s super effective! Helped me with my menstrual cramps , almost immediately within 30 minutes! It’s drug free and uses turmeric and black sesame seed oil! Love that it’s a one stop shop pain relief be it head, neck, sore back aching muscles, menstrual cramps etc!
Wow wasn't expecting this to actually work. Been having sharp back pain for months, probably from a small herniated disc, and thought I had to deal with it until getting to a doctor. Took this and the pain was gone that day. Tried other types of Boswellia and didn't work to this effect, so this anti-inflammatory combination was just so great for me. Of course it has black seed oil in it, which has lots of benefits. Expensive but try to get it on sale & just have it on hand when pain flares up again.
It actually helps to relieve muscle soreness quite well. Small tablets are good for swallowing.
I started taking this instead of Tynenol, healthier better for and works just as well (at least for me(. Worth giving its try
